This notice explains how Ailtire Technologies handles personal data when you visit ailtire.io or contact us. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
Ailtire Technologies Ltd, a company registered in Ireland (company number 786907), with its registered office at Unit 3D North Point House, North Point Business Park, New Mallow Road, Cork, T23 AT2P, Ireland. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect and why
- When you email us. Your name, email address, organisation and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it to reply, to discuss a potential engagement or investment, and to keep a record of our correspondence. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- When you visit the site. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so the site can be delivered and protected against abuse. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
We don’t use contact forms, analytics, advertising or social-media trackers on this site, and we don’t sell or share your data for marketing.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies or use similar tracking technologies. Our hosting or security provider may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site from automated attacks. Strictly necessary cookies don’t require consent, and they aren’t used to track you. If we ever add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we’ll ask for your consent first and update this notice.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to operate the site and our email, currently Cloudflare (website hosting and security) and Microsoft 365 (email). They process data only on our instructions. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as it’s needed for the conversation and any relationship that follows, and delete enquiries that don’t progress within 12 months. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period for security purposes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy of it. Email hello@ailtire.io and we’ll respond within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
Changes
We’ll update this notice if how we handle data changes, and change the date at the top.
